Having winged about the loss of functionality on the new site - I thought I should give them a bit of credit for listening to the complaints - The seem to have fixed the issue with References, which are now shown which ever option you use to make a payment and are carried through all the screens:T

...now if only they get rid of the pictures so I couldn see all accounts on 1 screen, I'd be a reasonably happy bunny again
  • At last Lloyds TSB seems to have listened to customers' complaints regarding the new statement layout - they have put a small green triangle next to the "Date" header on the statement, which allows you to choose between the original date order and the new reverse date order for viewing, printing and exporting statements.
I can only think that I was not the only one to send in a complaint!
No reliance should be placed on the above.
  • Yes this change is very welcome.

Now they need to change the direct debit page to make the Recipient Details column wider so it doesn't split so many items over two rows. There is plenty of wasted space in the Frequency and Last Paid columns they could use.

I'm trying to cancel a couple of Direct Debits which, I am sure, I was able to do online before the site upgrade.

Has anyone else come across a way of doing this?

Who cares what it looks like - its ease of use, speed and functionality that's important and all of those are way inferior to the old site.

    Style over substance :(
I think so.If you can't set up payments then your numbers must be wrong as it is the phone verification system they use.besthandbagsmall.com
  • I hadn't noticed that the display of statements had changed at all, although I am on the new system. One thing I do like is that setting up payments of various sorts seems to be more intuitive - before they changed it I was so confused about how to pay my credit card bill online that I had to ring up the bank. Now it's far more obvious.

I don't like that they don't have a 'balance' amount next to every transaction as (I think) they used to, but can't have everything...

This has been upodated over the past few days and now you do see a running balance after each transaction as appose to daily balance.

*laughs* and there was me thinking I was the only person likely to be bothered by something so trivial.

Well that's good - sounds like they're listening and I think it's an otherwise great online system to use, can't complain at all.
