I don't like the upside down statements, okay for viewing online but gives me more to do when I export to my own PC.

Exporting has been problematic (seems to be resolved now though), for ages no matter what dates I put, it would only export a date range in April 10.

It annoys me also how you cannot sort the online statements from the headings.
  • My OH doesn't like the new format either, but mine hasn't changed and is still in the old format - but he is on Lloyds onshore and I am offshore

Learn to use the sort feature in Excel. And why print them anyway?
  • Its better than before for me, however, I only use it to view accounts and pay my credit card.

New system is much better and looks more up to date, old version looked dated.

I agree with that completely BUT the new site is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy slower then before and is responding the way dial-up internet used to. Or is this just me that's found this? No other site i use is as slow

I find i check it less often now!

Still appears to be down today which is annoying

None of which has been affected for the rest of us who all find it fine.

If you can't set up payments then your numbers must be wrong as it is the phone verification system they use.
Who said anything about not being able to set-up payments!

    - its just a longer process to make a payment and references are no longer visible unless you do it the long winded way.

Not being able to see all my accounts on 1 page (especially when doing the vantage shuffle) - is a major problem

Accounts being displayed in their preferred order (have now to scroll down to see to my main account) - not mine is an issue

Bugs whereby in some circumstances the balance does not match with the transactions is another issue

Very very slow unless you switch off their "tracking sites"

None of those were issues with the old site - so as I said functionality sacrificed for style. :(

Apart from the pictures - is there anything anyone thinks is an improvement in terms of Functionality/useability. (I asked LTSB and they couldn't think of anything..... :))
  • At present my only moan is about the layout of the statement when you view online. It makes no sense to me that the layout is different to the paper statements received in the post.

I phoned up about it because I thought there maybe somewhere to click that would re-shuffle the figures to the old layout. No such 'click' exists Lloyds told me but they are looking into it as so many people have complained. In a survey 80% ( I think Lloyds said ) wanted the new statement layout.

I think I can say that anyone doing book-keeping will not welcome the new layout, much easier to work from top to bottom, than from bottom to top ! ;)

Lloyds should have left statements as they were IMO

The post above your original one.

since they changed it I am now completely unable to add new payment recipients so I can't transfer money to any account other than ones I've previously setup.
Anything I post is my opinion, so from time to time I may be wrong. I try to provide answers based in fact, however I don't know everything, so (like all posters on MSE), take what I say with a pinch of salt.
  • As I understand it, when you want to set up a new payment Lloyds TSB will telephone you to confirm that it is genuine (assuming that you have given them your correct phone number).
No reliance should be placed on the above.
