Lloyds TSB Online Banking

Like a lot of other Loyds TSB customers I was inconvenienced by the new order in which items were listed on the new online banking site, which caused a lot of extra paper usage when downloading the statements as well as them being in reverse order.
After several emails and letters sent to Lloyds I have today received a letter from Lloyds TSB Customer Recovery Service in Glasgow stating that they will be reviewing the way items are listed and hope to come to a decision in the next month.
They also thank me for getting in touch, saying "it is only by learning what our customers think of us, that we can hope to improve the service we deliver."
I am sure that they must have had many other customers complaining about the new online banking pages, and I hope that the site will be amended soon.
No reliance should be placed on the above.

Don't get me started on the new Lloyds TSB online banking system! since they changed it I am now completely unable to add new payment recipients so I can't transfer money to any account other than ones I've previously setup.
I phoned support but failed to answer the security questions correctly, so they were unable to help me but instead sent me a new PIN number which still hasn't arrived after 2 weeks!

What really annoys me is the old system worked perfectly, why did they have to go and change it?... I'm just waiting for them to go the whole hog and implement that stupid keypad system that Barclays use

The site was unavailable due to maintenance earlier today. Site Maintenace during a working day must be serious - so maybe there is hope of an "upgrade";)

New system is much better and looks more up to date, old version looked dated.

I think it's down to individual taste, they can't please everybody ... there are worse things happening in the world to worry about though I'd have thought?!

Who cares what it looks like - its ease of use, speed and functionality that's important and all of those are way inferior to the old site.

    Style over substance :(
  • Nothing stays the same. If you unhappy with the new online service best thing to do is find another bank. Me I embrace change and really find the new site easy.

None of which has been affected for the rest of us who all find it fine.

If you can't set up payments then your numbers must be wrong as it is the phone verification system they use.
