There would appear to be nothing set in stone as yet, does there?? I do hope your pursuit of putting your point across does not put people off pursuing justified claims!! I won a bank charge claim after the ruling changed so please avid PPI claimants continue on putting in your claims!!0

my claims are ongoing, i am being negative so everybody gets with it, and understands how they con us.
they did it with unenforceable agreements and bank charges.
so they will do it again.Too much at stake i think, these products in most cases were mis sold and they will not get away from that fact. They could use the money they are paying lawyers to fight this, to pay their customers ppi back, does anyone want to take a bet that barclays started the ball rolling on this one?

Martin never mentioned the banks going to court, so if the man in the know does not seem bothered, then i certainly am not :money:0 -

action is good, reaction to events is so so.0 -
I would not worry just yet, ppi is not the same as bank charges, ppi was sold to make the banks money for every policy they sold, and unfairly in the majority of cases.Dont think the banks will win with this like the bank charges, as they are absolutely in the wrong with ppi. That is my opinion anyway.
righto :money:0
