I would not worry just yet, ppi is not the same as bank charges, ppi was sold to make the banks money for every policy they sold, and unfairly in the majority of cases.Dont think the banks will win with this like the bank charges, as they are absolutely in the wrong with ppi. That is my opinion anyway.

truem but the object is to string out a 3 year court case, appealed at every stage all the way to the supreme court.... whilst freezing all claims for that period!

will mr lewis and co do anything? no

its a scam, get your ppi back while you can, i give it weeks before the gravy train is over.
