bottom line, mr lewis and co are powerless to the ruling elite.. who own the banks.
game over for ppi
There would appear to be nothing set in stone as yet, does there?? I do hope your pursuit of putting your point across does not put people off pursuing justified claims!! I won a bank charge claim after the ruling changed so please avid PPI claimants continue on putting in your claims!!0 -
Martin Lewis is not powerless ....he has made everyone aware how underhand and crap banks really are ..now THEY are changing ..the banks having been ripping us off for years ..look at the miss-sold claims that go back 10 years !!!!!!...the banks are just !!!!ed off they have been rumbled ..and shown up as a bunch of uncaring vultures who took our money and will come up with any pathetic excuse not to repay it:DHBOS charges..£7000.00 recieved.

Barclaycard cc..£ 568 recieved.
A&L loan..£1677 recieved..HBOS cc..£3500. HBOS.. loan £919.HBOS.cc charges. £1400 MPPI £21799 recieved0 -
if it happens it happens, there is little we can do,
however, we will still be able to claim miss-sale for the right reasons even after the case, the case would be about the process for investigating complaints.
so if it takes 3 years thats a lot of additional interest they will have to pay. thats £44 per month on mine yipppppeeeeeeeee!!!!!!, i won't get that rate in any bank.:j:j:j:jI'm proud to say that the banks no longer take money from me after becoming debt free0 -

my claims are ongoing, i am being negative so everybody gets with it, and understands how they con us.
they did it with unenforceable agreements and bank charges.
so they will do it again.0
