Ooooh.....I just realised....I did some tiling for a mate and because he wanted to get rid of it, he said I could take his fridge (it was only 18mths old) - and it's still standing in the garage waiting to be sold.....excellent - another freebie for the list!

Isn't it amazing what you come up with when you put your mind to it. It really does go to show just how much "stuff" we all collect that we really don't need.

Talking of which....time for a garage clear out - lord knows it needs it!

    Welcome latest recruit Kirstielou!! :T

You're right freebird... between this challenge and generally trying to make money (!) I've done a lot of clearing out and ebaying lately... its amazing how much I've got that I don't want any more! Nothing terribly valuable I have to say but it all adds up and it feels really good to de-clutter :T

    Welcome Kirstielou! :hello: :)

Edit: Woohoo! 2000 posts! :j :rotfl:

OK, I'm officially past the starting line now as both of my free items have bids for 99p each on eBay now... which gives me a grand total of £1.98! Another 5 days till the auction ends and hopefully I'll add a few £ to that.

Yippee! Getting that first little bit is the hardest I think... you're well on your way now! :T

  • right i will be concentrating more from now on as m.i.l. is now out of hospital...

i sell a lot on ebay anyway..... but this challenge has given me more of an "umph"

so rather than do loads of sign ups through quidco for this challenge.... as one other post on here as said....i want that £1,024 in my sticky sweaty palms.:D at the end of the challenge... not wait 3 months for payout..

but i will still sign up to things etc via quidco... but not use it in this challenge hope this makes sense...

i will be due to cash out on some of my ptr sites over the next few days, and i WILL get round to cashing in my pigsback account for boots vouchers....

One 'possible' way of making some cash would be to source some cheap books from greenmetropolis.com, and put them on ebay. At around £3.75 each from greenmet, they might fetch more if they are sought after...

    quick q,

    whats a ptr site?

Sorry if its a dumb q, but if I'm asking, someone else must be thinking....

    if that makes sense?
