I've been so busy lately that I haven't really done anything - but have earned an extra £7.50 mystery shopping (not much considering how long it took me!) and £1.20 with swapits - so £8.70 extra on my total but will have to look into more matched betting offers but have used a lot of them up already - still haven't got my camera working for ebay, (or my b/f hasn't anyway - MEN!!!)
Well done everyone though - keep it up!!Start every day by telling yourself how beautiful and intelligent you are0 -
used £10 from my £12.34 "from nothing" challenge funds to play the littlewoods thing and won £9.61 from it... my total so far is £21.95.
gonna use a couple more cards on itA Monkey is for life, not just for Xmas!

i probably should have played on as i had a 3... but knowing my luck the dealer would have dealt a 2 and i would have lost it all. no risks for this challengeA Monkey is for life, not just for Xmas!

Oh yeah... the temptation is high isn't it but like you say... no risks for this!! I got a 6 after the ace though so wouldn't have been worth the bet anyway :rolleyes:Don't stress, relax, let life roll off your backs. You all seem to be doing so well at this, and I 'm rubbish. I had an early set back when I got to £6 and spent the money on things that only raised £4 at auction. I have to take 40p commission out of that. So my total currently stands at £1.95 and it's been hard work. Will some of you experts point me in the right direction please?Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.0

Do you do pigsback? I got my starting money through free points earned from there. you can no longer exchange points for cash very easily but you can get boots vouchers for example which have good resale value on ebay. Pigsback thread here
for answers/tips etc. Read the first two posts for a newbie guide!
Also there are some free sign up things on quidco such as dvd rental trials.
Use swapitshop http://www.swapitshop.com/ ... can be slow to build up points but they can be used to 'buy' coins or notes... thus changing them into money! :T Thread here will help you to get some points... there are a regular 35 points each day if you can devote a few minutes to it.
Once i had £10 from pigsback I used it to buy some little items from charity shops (promo dvds out of a basket for 10p each.... 1970s childrens books buried in a box for 30p each... that kind of thing) so I will see how they go on ebay... finish on sunday.
I've sold some things that were gifts and have been around for everso I made about £10 from that so far. I spent that £10 depositing into a littlewoods account to get about £9 profit using this system... waiting for money to hit my account as we speak!
Once I've got enough together (trying to determine how much) I will plough it all into matched betting... as explained here.
Hope some of that helps!Don't stress, relax, let life roll off your backs. Except for death and paying taxes, everything in life is only for now... Avenue QOfficial DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 003Proud to have become debt free... and striving to keep it that way

Have you tapped up friends and family for free stuff which you can list on ebay?
If you are in town and you see something which might make you money pop into your local library to use the free internet and see if it is likely to make money
If Littlewoods don't change their terms and conditions when you get to £10invest your £10 with them as it is the easiest of the gambling sites to nearly double your money on without worrying about matched betting.
A few of us were lucky that we had free vouchers that we could put through Betfair to get cold hard cash
A lot of this challenge will be down to luck and being in the right place at the right time.
Today you could find a tenner on the street (only happened to me once in my life), if you go out to a pub at the weekend keep your eyes on the floor when at the bar as it can be a good place to find cash
and don't measure yourself on how large some of the totals are which some people have raised, measure yourself on the weekly targets, and only think about getting that £1.95 to £4, when the money does start rolling in then start thinking about how you can achieve the final week's targetsDebt of £6300 cleared in 5 years, now ZERO0 -
Hi all,
I invested £3 in charity shop items yesterday and listed them on E-bay.
That means I have £4.15 left to invest but I still need to take off the e-bay fees from that.
Feeling pretty humbled by the amounts others have made by now but I'll carry on!MFW #185
