  • Listed some stuff on ebay yesterday, sold a couple of things, no bids on new stuff but a few watchers. Hopefully update my total soon as soon as paypal money hits my bank!
  • Can anyone advise if they have sold more because they had the 'code' in their auctions? Haven't included it in mine - can anyone advise... and also remind me of the code...

I haven't noticed much difference to be honest, I think as we're all in the challenge to spend money on ebay would be defeating the object unless you really wanted something.

    The code is soldbyagenuinememberofthe£1024fromnothingclub

    :D
  • I have had a pretty bad week. For the first time since the challenge started I have fallen below target. I should have had £64 on Monday aiming towards £128 by next Monday, but I still only have £50. It is going to be hard getting to £128 from £50 in just a few days.
I have been given a bag of clothes, all really nice, but quite Summery. I don't think they will sell on ebay until Spring. Or am I just feeling pessimistic because I'm below target.
I have got some Tesco money off toiletries coupons too, which I have listed on ebay. I sold one lot yesterday for 99p but I have another lot due to end soon with no interest at all.
I hope my luck improves soon.

Maybe I should add it to my listings because they are not selling for much without the code.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in. :D
  • Added a few more pounds to mine but will total up at the weekend probably!
  • the forum seems very quiet today.

my Donna Summer cd went for over a fiver (so made a healthy mark-up)

got another donation from my mum concerning the flat deposit which is very helpful

should be moving in a couple of weeks time, so may be of-line for a few days

but it means i can't get a flat-full of stuff now as it may need moving so i may have to take a weeks break
