Also, I started matched betting at the weekend. I had to start with a 'float' of £110 which I payed in using money I already had, not money generated from the money from nothing challenge. According to the rules of this challenge can I add matched betting profits to my money for nothing total or do I have to generate the matched betting float from the 0 starting point?
Cheers guys!
The challenge is to make £1024 in 11 weeks and we're not at the end of that 11 weeks yet... I don't think anyone has reached the end just yet!
Emily has not been well and hasn't been around much at all, hope you're better soon emily!
According to the rules, you must generate the matched betting float from nothing before you can include the profits in your challenge total. So I generated £30 from pigsback/ebay and then started with the sportingodds 3 x £10 free bet offer - great one to start with if you have a small float because you can do each of the 3 £10 bets one at a time and never need more than your small float (provided you stick to small odds!).Don't stress, relax, let life roll off your backs. Is that offer still on, what's the link to the website? I am looking to start matched betting but would rather start with a small float.0 -

Its hxxp://www.sportingodds.com/freebet just copy and paste the link into your browser and change the xx to tt, so that this site isn't 'found' by the bookies!
Take note of this:
Qualifying £10 bets must be single bets, of odds 4/6 or more. The qualifying £10 can be made up of any number of bets, which meet this criteria.
So always be sure to find odds over 1.67 to qualify.Don't stress, relax, let life roll off your backs. Except for death and paying taxes, everything in life is only for now... Avenue QOfficial DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 003Proud to have become debt free... and striving to keep it that way

debzi wrote:Right, finally get around to updating sig. This week I've have made £120.47, of which £112.02 came from matched betting, £5.70 from ibootsale & £2.75 from GreenMetropolis. So basically, without the matched betting I'd have still been crawling towards the £128 target but now I'm well on for the next one of £256.

Sorry to be nosy, but could you tell me what you did for matched betting? i.e how much did you have to start with, which accounts you opened, did you lose any money, etc?
Maybe you could PM me?
Cheers
