The challenge is to make £1024 in 11 weeks and we're not at the end of that 11 weeks yet... I don't think anyone has reached the end just yet!

According to the rules, you must generate the matched betting float from nothing before you can include the profits in your challenge total. So I generated £30 from pigsback/ebay and then started with the sportingodds 3 x £10 free bet offer - great one to start with if you have a small float because you can do each of the 3 £10 bets one at a time and never need more than your small float (provided you stick to small odds!).

BTW everyone taking advantage of the 10p listing day on ebay today? I've listed a few things that are about £30 or £40 so has saved me a few pennies!

Its hxxp://www.sportingodds.com/freebet just copy and paste the link into your browser and change the xx to tt, so that this site isn't 'found' by the bookies!

Take note of this:

Qualifying £10 bets must be single bets, of odds 4/6 or more. The qualifying £10 can be made up of any number of bets, which meet this criteria.

So always be sure to find odds over 1.67 to qualify.

Sorry to be nosy, but could you tell me what you did for matched betting? i.e how much did you have to start with, which accounts you opened, did you lose any money, etc?

I was walking back from work and a five pound note just blew straight towards me!!! - I can't remember the last time I found money on the floor!! Yippeeeeeeeee!! (can't do smilies so have to find other ways to express myself!!)

Whats going on with this cat thing? - I'm more of a doggy person myself coz I'm allergic to cats - even though I think they're gorg and admire their independence and they always seem to love me......anyway getting a bit side tracked there....

I've placed 7 matched bets and have listed and relisted on ebay til I'm blue in the face - 10p LISTINGS TODAY ONLY!!

That's about it for now - Oooooh - nearly forgot!! Have had a bit of a business idea which I will toddle off to look in to now - I'm not going to give it away - but am keeping fingers and toes crossed - am going to make samples over the next week and try and get some orders in by w/c 27/11.
