Hi all - please help - last night I had to leave negative feedback for someone who did not pay after 17 days. They have now left 'revenge' feedback - how can I post a reply so other users can read it?
Edit -> Found it - have replied to feedback - in 7 years of trading have never had negative feedback so of course my record is spoiled now!MFW #185

Try appealing to ebay to get it taken off - A buyer did that to me and three other people , so I emailed them we all appealed and it was taken off. I thought that part of the non payment process was that they couldn't leave bad feedback?0

There are very few circumstances in which ebay will remove feedback, most centre around offensive terms or user details included.
However, if a seller goes through the NPB process and closes it without the buyer formally responding then the buyer loses the ability to leave a feedback rating.

Hmmm - too late for me then as I had told her to respond by 5pm yesterday and she did not, so I reported her and left negative feedback. Funny how she is able to respond to the negative feedback, not my comms though!
Anyway, have updated siggy by a few pence as a Sony PS2 game Mr EL had given me sold this morning for £3.99 so pretty much covers my listing fees this week - just have to wait for auctions finishing in 10 hours... My winter coat has had 240 viewings and has 14 watchers - I am hoping it will move me past the £100 mark!MFW #185
