anyone starting matched betting, please make sure you read the terms & conditions properly for EACH bookmaker when you sign up to them. some will state what odds you must bet with on your initial stake to qualify for your bonusA Monkey is for life, not just for Xmas!

matched betting is basically betting at two different places (the bookmaker and a betting exchange) to make sure you lose as little as possible and so gain the bonus with very little losses. the idea is to cover your bet at the bookmaker by betting against ("laying") your bet at the betting exchange (betfair).
let me know if you have any questions and if you haven't joined betfair yet please send me a PM so that i can give a referral link (hope that's ok for me to say.. ?)A Monkey is for life, not just for Xmas!

I've got some luncheon vouchers, torn whether to sell them for this challenge or use them for shopping, although I'm using lidl and netto more and they don't take them. If I keep them I just may use them for a sunday lunch at morrisons rather than cooking at home more cheaply!0
