Anyone else made any more?? updates please?Had to pull out of the "Money for Nothing Challenge" workload has just proved to much...0

I thought about maybe using a discount voucher on a website to get something for less money and then try and sell it on for more.
For example if a website were offering £10 off a £20 spend, you could get something worth £20 for £10 and then try and sell it on for more. Even if you just get £15 for it, that's a fiver profit.
Might be worth keeping an eye on the money off vouchers forum for some good finds0 -

Good luck everyoneOlympic bronze challenge-started 7/1/06-total so far is £194.300 -

Thanks Kathfisch, nice to be here...
Not sure if I am going to join, i ll sit on the fence until it gets up to £30.... I remember hearing about that canadian who 'earned' a years lease - its crazy.
I guess you could make extra money from all sorts of things on ebay, or why not let people know about you are doing, like the canadian did as i am sure that people would be more interested in taking part in your swap if they knew they were part of something.
For example, do any of you have websites? if so, why not devoted a page to the scheme, whereby people who have traded with you can display a link, name or image - so in a sense they feel they gain something from the transaction..
Just a thought....;)

OK progress so far:
I have made my first £1 on quidco (in fact £1.25) - purely from nothing! I put spent that on blackjack & won £2 and kept going until I got to £5.50 and have deposited that into my account.
So my total for the moment is £5.50.
I've also listed some books I was given on Amazon so should make another £5 on that.
I have a website, I might look into doing a blog on it....maybe some referrals or something like that???:think:Lightbulb moment June 06 Total Debt. £16665.06
Total Debt December 2006 £14,354:mad:0 -
yeah nice one emily....
So to be clear, I have to make £1 from nothing??
And if i am right in thinking then, if i sell on ebay, then whatever profit I might of course exclude listings and sellers fees..?
I guess there is always my flatmate.... um what can i sell.
I think later next week baking cakes might well be on the agenda!Had to pull out of the "Money for Nothing Challenge" workload has just proved to much...0
