view your house by a satelite image!!

visit https://www.local.live.com and at the top where it sais type your address, type your house address and it should find your house. to get a propper image click birds eye and then with the mouse click on the 50 yds at bottom of image, this will zoom, if you have a roller on your mouse positioned in the centre you can use that to zoom........

    Cannot get any pictures, just the map.
    One hundred years from now it won't matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much money I had in the bank, nor what my clothes looked like but the world may be a little better because, I was important in the life of a child.

    Hmmm....Whichever photo database they've got is quite old!

    Someone has knicked my conservatory and paved over my back garden.

    I have had a conservatory and grass since March 2003!

    Actually, have a look and see how many RED cars there are!! Taken before silver became popular then!

    I think Googlemaps are newer?? Must check...

    Personally I prefer google earth even though you need to download the software onto your PC it provides good pictures
  • I have to say google earth is fantastic i use it all the time!!
    People who live in glass houses shouldnt throw stones...

    It is much easier to see other people's failings than our own.
  • I see the same picture of my area in both google earth and the above...
    I think both use the same outdated database...
  • I have tried to use Google Earth - just locks my pc up every time...
