Advantage Telecom offer - good or not??

the may have changed there name from optimum to advantage but BT didn't start out as BT,
also now opal telelcom is now talk talk,
and NTL are now virgin,

so there are many company's that change their name.

and those associated with them

Should be avoided like the plague.;)

Just google them to see why.

I had Advantage Telecom hassling me too about our work phones today.

They really try to push you into signing up and were trying to get my companies Bank details to organise the supposed "refund" we would get by switching to them for our already paid line rental with BT.

Glad I typed their name into Google and found this Thread.

We seem to get called once a month by about four different companies like Calibre Comms, XTel Europe, Think Telecom Solutions, and now Advantage Telecom.

Does anyone have any idea who do provide good business telephone call deals?

i know someone who used to work there and he told me that the sales manager once told him to watch the movie boiler room and not to bother coming back in if he couldnt handle the high pressure environment! needless to say my mate didnt work there very long (was fired within a week)

I have been with Advantage Telecoms coming up 8 months now and i can only say that they "do what they say they do". They have saved me a considerable amount already compared to what BT could do for my company.......

They were very customer orientated and courteous when i changed to them

Everyone is entitled to their opinion but do not knock them till you try them, only wish i had known about them sooner.
