I do not think you can do that as the op has already done a Mutual Withdrawal.0 -

You only get one stab at a non payer and unfortunately you have used yours in doing the mutual. I also can't see anything in the feedback that would warrant its removal.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Prehaps the OP should have listened to the advice given regarding opening a dispute and they now wouldn't find themselves fretting about the neg'.Terms & Conditions Apply0

OP, had you have filed a NPB, any feedback he left would be removed. Now, you have entered into a mutual he is able to leave his feedback.
Lesson learned hopefully.0 -

I was also told that if i had opened a npb he would still be able to leave a neg anyway if he paid - i didnt think he could leave one if it was mutually withdrawn
Oh well - not my account lol0 -

Yes but if he'd paid you would at least have had the sale you wanted.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. He could if he had paid. But he didn't.
As for a mutual, that means MUTUAL, so therefore he can still give his side of the story.0 -

Because none of us, not one, said that a NPB dispute would mean no feedback. Nope, not one, not within minutes of you asking.Terms & Conditions Apply0 -
I would be reluctant to see it to him by Paypal after threatening behaviour like that. I can see a papypal dispute being opened/fake claims of empty pakages and god knows what else. Sounds unhinged to be so problematic over a computer game.0
