buyer refusing to pay by paypal

If I buyer was given me that sort of grief I'd just wait for the 4 day NPB dispute to open, let it run its course and auto shut.
Any neg' would be auto deleted and I'd simply relist.
I wouldn't enter into any sort of dialogue with them.Terms & Conditions Apply0 -
I personally (as long as your listing details do not contradict this) say
I am sorry, but our listing does not state that we allow cash on collection, or collection at all. We post all our items, as we work different hours, and cannot guarentee when we are at home. Had you asked prior to purchasing we would have explained this for you.
The listing that you purchased clearly states the price including postage, You can pay by either paypal, or cheque / postal order. Please confirm if you are happy to proceed with this.
I would then block them from making further purchases. Do not get into a discussion about feedback. If they leave a negative you can leave a factual follow-up. IF they do also pay by paypal I would send recorded, just in case it does not arrive.
I do not think they would agree to a mutual cancellation (as they sound as if they would disagree just to be arsy), so I would not go for this - it is your choice whether you file unpaid to reclaim your fees back, which will leave an unpaid strike on their account, ..but then you will probably get your neg.
I think we will get a neg anyway tbh - will let you know what happens
Thanks for the link myusernamestaken0 -

If the buyer gets a strike for being a NPB, any feedback they leave for the sale they failed to complete will be removed by Ebay.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

Blatant feedback extortion as well - ebay is better without people like that. Do not let the tail wag the dog so to speak.
And "bidded"??? That really grates on me!<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
Invite him to your house then punch his lights out. I also can't understand why you don't accept cash on collection, but your choice.0

personally i can see why you wouldn't want strangers rocking up to your door - possibly at all hours, usually late, after you have sat in for them. (I'm a woman who lives alone and hate it when even the gas mans arrives, i immediately get all nervous, and want them out of my house.)
good luck, and hope they don't pay so they can't neg you.

OP, remember to add this buyer to your block bidders' list. Could you pm me his id so I can block him too, please?
I realise they should have asked first but what is wrong with wanting to 'save on shipping'. (Presuming the seller is charging the correct shipping amount and not inflating the cost.)
