The location should be pretty clear now: Kauai, Hawaii, USA
The black rocks in the water indicate volcanic geology.
Part of the background comes from this image of Hanalei Bay on the north shore of Kauai.
The far background look like the Na Pali coast also on the north shore. Some examples here, here, herre, and here.
Some sailboats on the Na Pali coast, and you can take tours.
This or this may classify as spelunking.

New to this but any thoughts on Haena Beach, Kauai as it has over the roads famous caves, at the base of Mount Makana, is Maniniholo Dry Cave
and spelunking means caving in the USA. Some of the images of the beach look similar? any thoughts0
