still not working, so I've sent an email to [EMAIL="PriorityClubRewards@sm.ihg.com"]PriorityClubRewards@sm.ihg.com[/EMAIL] which is where a recent email came from relating to our rewards and this promotion. I don't know if anyone will pick this up, but obviously the clocks ticking and we haven't got clue 1 :eek:

Has this happened before? It won't let me in either, I only started playing last weds so I am excited to be in at the beginning of a week, now I am worried I won't be able to play at all.

Thank you for contacting us. In this case, we advise you to clear your browser cache. It is where your computer's temporary files are stored.

Clear Cache for IE 8.0
1. Using Internet Explorer as your browser, open up Internet Explorer 8
2. Once open and completely loaded, click on the "Safety" menu at the top of the page.
3. Check the box next to: "Temporary Internet Files and History"
4. Click the "Delete" button.
5. Wait for the computer to completely process this, and once it finished, you're courser should return and you can close out of the "Safety" menu and resume your activity.
6. KEEP IN MIND:
* A new feature available to Internet Explorer Version 8 is the InPrivate securty mode. This consists of three features that are called: InPrivate Browsing, InPrivate Blocking, and InPrivate Subscription. When these are enables, IE8 will not save browsing and searching history, cookies, form data and password. In addition, it will AUTOMATICALLY clear the browser cache for you as well.

After clearing the browser cache, please try to access the site again.

Didn't work on my home PC this morning. Just tried on my works PC and not working on this neither. Obviously is a problem with their website as too many of us cannot get in.

If you click the start playing button nothing happens, however if you click the "not a member join now" button then that does work.

Yes this is a problem with their web page. Previous days had a flash file referenced from the page's html, like this:

<span id="revealSWF">libraries/content/multimedia/ff00635c3223d1a.swf</span>

Each day, the name (and contents) of this flash file has been different. Today, they have not specified the name of the file in the html, and so the page refers to a non-existent resource:

<span id="revealSWF">libraries/content/multimedia/.swf</span>

I just spoke with them in the USA, the site is down. So keep trying! The lady I spoke to says she will make management aware of the problem.
