Today's new images show more examples of the vegetation seen at Irazu's crater. I haven't found the stock photo, but similar vegetation is seen here: http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-40423129/stock-photo-vulcano-irazu-with-green-lake-in-costa-rica.html
Also, The far edge of the Irazu crater has been slid up as predicted in post #124.
Again I'm going with Irazu Volcano, Cartago, Costa Rica

I have been thinking about this, and I think that the first clue points us back to Arenal Volcano, as Irazu Volcano hasn't erupted since 1994 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_volcanoes_in_Costa_Rica
We have been looking at the new crater that has been appearing, but the original peak could still be what they are referring to in the clues??? http://www.arenal.net/photo-gallery.htm
yes we have link showing Irazu as 850,000 years old, but that whole area must be about the same age??#StaySafeWishing you a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year0 -

The Arenal Volcano is only 8000years old.
The irazu volcano is also active, As an active volcano is a volcano which has erupted in the last 100 years. last eruption 1963-19650 -

I had 2000 credited on 28th September which was presumably for week 2 competition as I missed week 1. I have checked today and no other points have been credited.
Sorry to bump and quote myself but just checked my account again and no further points have been added. Has anyone else had any other points added for this competition?
ThanksThe best things in life are free.....0 -
