This isn't the only court case that vile landlord David Love from Edinburgh is facing. One of his tenants in Pilton were struggling to pay their full rent (they paid most of it). The gangster sent 3 goons to their door and slashed his face with a stanley knife. The victims partner was home with their young children at the time of the attack. Absolute vile human being.0 -

Yes. Failure to comply with a planning enforcement notice is a criminal offence, which means that if you collect rent in such circumstances, that rent is caught by POCA and you can be guilty of a money laundering offence. Any agents would also be guilty of similar offences - if agents were involved.0
