i'm probably not that far away from you - only in Grimsby!!

it's freezing, looks like there's a gale blowing out there - really don't want to go out but we have to go and pick DH up from work and i think we might end up giving in and putting the heating on :(

Aw...never mind, am sure the sun will shift to everyone else who didn`t get it today. If it`s any consolation, here`s what we had over winter :) (that`s home at the end of the road) and I see there`s a forecast for more of the same this year! Eek.

It's quite nippy here in north Kent as well, and grey. The wind blew my pot of basil clean off the rack outside last night.

;) Felines are my favourite ;)

I am in South Lincs and it is grey and now a bit windy.however it has been really mild- I wore sandals today!

Upthread someone was asking about expanding foam to fill holes from plumbing. I had a hole in my bathroom after an overflow was removed and was going to use this but was advised against it and to use paper mache instead ! I filled the gap with it and then polyfilla and then painted . Worked a dream and cheaper too!
