Thank you! My Mum is now looking at the Azura which my cousin sailed on to Sydney from Southampton. I think it will have to be longer though 13 nights seems to be the minimum for Med destinations.

I know when people are reading reviews I am drawn to the bad things, which I shouldn't!

You can choose a range of dates, duration, cruise from the UK (ie no flights), ship star rating, destination, size of ship etc. Amazingly useful.

Though Mr Ellacott remained cryptic in his responses, he did suggest that "for the longer term, clearly we [Thomson Cruises] have a need to modernise."

He went on to suggest that an overhaul of the current fleet was in the works...................

Not been a lot over the last few weeks.

NCL Jade 9th Feb - 18 Feb Ex Barcelona 9 night canaries.

From £293 Direct with NCL.

Problem is flights(£200 ish) with the return date being the end of 1/2 term.

If you can add a few nights in BCN the flight prices drop to <£100.

If the page loaded it would be a phone in deal and it shows the wrong price.

some TAs show £299 but it shoud be £293

OV are £360.


I think there is a problem with the web site Malaga departure 7th goes through to the next page (phone or email)

Just checked and the NCL site now shows £299 for the BCN Feb but still does not click through.

I got an e-mail in this morning that KLM are doing cheapish Dubai flights from my airport. Last time I looked MSC were offering 7night cruises ex Dubai this month from £199 inside no sole supplement but I couldn't get a reasonable-priced flight. . Went back to thieir site this morning and now can't find any of the cruises! Typical!

Avios(BA) LON->BCN flights are available 15000pts + £27 return

1000pnt is 2.50 tesco club card points.

Now allI need to sdo is convince the OH and cancell the people coming round for the Rugby on the 11. or wait for the following weeks to drop in price.

shame about the dubai have you looked at cruise only on RCI they have been resonable but no idea on solo rate.

Solo for the Jade 9th is £416.

MSC Poesia on 17 March ex FLL is a TA to Genoa but does a few stops in the Caribbean before crossing 16 nights from £599 less 5% discount if you book with them on-line. Need to get flights independently. There is also a 23 night listed which is the TA plus a 7 night Caribbean beforehand but I can't get a price for it on-line.
