I posted about a work issue a week or so ago and had a very informative reply from you. I just wanted to report back that all has gone very well with the OH report and my return to work. I'm starting my phased return this week and will be working the half days that I was hoping for.

Gosh I hope not. I am amazed that Sar El gives her time so generously and I for one have benefitted from her advice.

It will be such a shame if a highly valued contibutor such as SarEl bails out due to a difference of opinion or whatever else may have occured regards another poster.

SarEL - your opinion is highly regarded here, please rise above whatever baiting you may have been subjected to, show that you are a better person than that, stick two fingers up, and carry on helping the people who require it. If you can.

Its a shame that people get involved in 'debates' in what is primarily a forum for help.

Come on, offer what help you can, get off. Thats my opinion anyway. Address the issue, advise based on the facts, thats that. Dont reply to baiters, or even those that disagree with your opinion. Everyone's entitled to an opinion, let them have it. If its wrong, then so be it. In fact, if its an opinion, it cant be wrong.

SarEL - come back, I'm sure that there will be more that miss you than dont.
