    I also have 2 casino payments been rejected and no reason given - i emailed both the companies and they curtly told me to ask gp........im waiting another 2 which are late too and im sure will come back declined......have reopened the ticket and asked them for the reason why theyve been declined.......
  • I have just requested to close my Greasypalm account, I have had to many REVERSED transactions on my account, mainly to do with insurance. Had to wait for the qualifying period which makes the transaction over 120 days, then they said that because I didn't contact them within 180 days (in which case it said that it was still pending) I was too late.

    Not good enough!

    No I agree! I wonder how many people have been affected by the sudden and fishy 'merchant have declined - so go get stuffed' messages?? Shame they will not all know about this forum else we could get a true picture.

    I have sent them 3 support tickets in the last 9 weeks asking them to close my account - they have completely ignored the request despite replying to the support ticket to tell me I was talking rubbish. About 2 weeks ago I submitted an official complaint to OFCOM
    (not sure if that was even the right place, but in the absence of a cashback industry authority - worth a try!)

    I will keep this thread posted if I get a response from them.
  • Hi everyone, I have been with GreasyPalm for years and have been paid, but every once and a while problems come up with non paid cashback. This is the email I wrote today, let's see how long it takes to sort this one ?

    I deposited the amount required £10) and played through to get the £20 cashback on 22nd Oct 2011.
    I have submitted a ticket as did not receive the cashback. Everytime I checked the ticked I read the notice that it can take up to 120 days for it to clear, but have to submit witin 180 days if not received by then.

    Today 3 months later that message is now suddenly "This transaction is more than 3 months old and as a company we do not receive any commission payments from retailers where the transaction occurred more than 3 months ago"

    Something not quite right on the maths !!!

    I hereby request that you sort out the £20 cashback, so I can be paid the outstanding amount to be paid to myself (so it will be above the required £25 for payout.

    I shall inform Martin Lewis about these "mistakes" made by yourselves on a regular bases by sending him a copy of this email.
    This is not the first time I have to complain, but it will be the last time :o( "
    IF I ever get over the £25 minimum to get paid the cashback, this will be the last time, will be looking at other cashback sites. Greasypalm is far to troublesome :o(((
