Greasypalm Help

Hi all, I hope I have posted this in the right place.
Probably a bit of a daft question but here goes...

Brief background
I was due a payout from Greasypalm in the 1st of September's run, but it still hasn't reached my bank account (normally it only takes 3 working days max). I have gone to submit a ticket to find out why the payment hasn't credited but none of the options fit my query. I clicked on the other query option and it then asks ' is this a cashback related problem? ' which I click yes to, only for it to tell me I need to pick a different catergory :mad:
Does anyone know what option I need to pick to get my query resolved?

Hi LaraLou,

Im in the same position - havent yet received my money even tho it says payment was sent on the 1st.

I have managed to submit a ticket - when it asked for 'Is this a cashback query' i said no and i was then able to submit a message. When i had entered my message it then links back to the help pages and you have to click on 'No, these were no help' to all the help topics in order for the ticket to be properly submitted.

Just need to wait for someone to reply to my ticket now !

Hope that makes sense.

Had a reply to my ticket and they say payments could take up to 10 days to reach bank accounts.

So heres hoping payments should arrive in the next couple of days.

I havent received my payment either! and no response as of yet to my ticket? Lets just hope they sent it a few days late eh

Why?

1. Quidco pass on the full amount that they get paid by the retailer, GP do not
2. GP fail to track 100%, despite the fact that you sign up at the exact time with the website and can quote back a membership number of whereever you sig n up to...., on two gambling sign ups that would pay out £40...guess what no tracking and their Terms at 17 say they do not guarantee a payout where tracking cannot be established...how convenienet. How can we prove that the retailer didn't pay them and they are holding onto it?

I use to tell everyone to use them. My advice...AVOID!

Tell 10 friends.

I use quidco at the moment, with no problems


anyone know any other such sites?

I've still got £11 sitting in my greasypalm account but can't bring myself to use it in order to get up to the £25 needed for pay out!

I must say I have only used greasy palm on a few occasions when there have been very good casino offers however before you start recommending Quidco I suggest you read this thread on here

I have just come on to ask the same thing.

I think it's getting quite worrying now - no payment 14 days later and no response to my ticket either.

I would be interested to know if anyone else out there is waiting?? There must be 1000's of people waiting for money!

Makes you wonder if greasy palm are in some sort of financial difficulties??

Thanks for all your replies, sorry I haven't been able to post back sooner. As per PurpleMunchkin's help, I also recieved the same '10 day answer.'

10 days have passed and a bacs payment tend to only take 3 working days (I requested a payout from Topcashback a day after Greasypalm's payment run and that went straight into my account on the 3rd working day) which makes me think that none of us will be receiving payment.

I will submit another ticket as well, prehaps if enough of us do, it might get a decent truthful response. Will post back if I get an answer or I receive the payment.
