10 days have passed and a bacs payment tend to only take 3 working days (I requested a payout from Topcashback a day after Greasypalm's payment run and that went straight into my account on the 3rd working day) which makes me think that none of us will be receiving payment.

I will submit another ticket as well, prehaps if enough of us do, it might get a decent truthful response. Will post back if I get an answer or I receive the payment.

HI, Ive just seen your response and just wanted to let you know I got an e-mail back today saying that the payment should be in my account within the next 2 days.... however it then goes on to say if it isnt please contact us again!

No other explanation. Got to say I'm not wildy optimistic but only time will tell I suppose.

well I'm shocked but just looked in my account and there it is

I don't think I will be completing any offers on there from now on.... this very late payment with no explanation really does make me concerned they have some cash flow problems.

I really hope ev1 else has their payments today too.

Starting to think that we wouldnt be getting our money.

Just checked my bank account and the money is in there. :j
I think i will also stick to using another cashback site now, as this has put me off.
Glad to see it looks like everyone has got their money now.

I'm a member of Greasy Palm too. I have taken up four casino cashback offers since July 2010, paying at least £20 each time - and I am still waiting for GP to show the transaction in my account and get the money in. I've opened tickets with GP and they eventually responded stating:

We have now contacted the retailer and asked them to investigate your missing cashback for this transaction.

Please allow up to 90 days from today for a manual credit to be added to your account, though we will try to get this resolved as soon as possible we are reliant on the retailers responding to our requests and some take longer than others to process our queries!

As soon as the retailer confirms that cashback is due we will credit the funds to your account.

At this point I'm owed about £150 - which I could really be doing with to pay towards the credit card I used to take up offers on GP. After reading these threads I'm a bit worried. Has this happened to anyone else? Does it work out? Is it just Casinos that the problem is with? Thanks for any help:)

I have been with Greasy Palm for a number of years. I had a payment made on 4th October but as of today it has still not reached my bank. It normally only takes3 - 5 days. I submitted a ticket and have received probably their standard reply that it can take up to 10 working days.

So, where is the money? Still with Greasy Palm?

Anyone else experiencing delays with October payments?

The cynic is me think GP maybe are holding onto the money for as long as they can by reading of similar problems in September

I subscribed to this thread from last month and saw your post.

Sounds very familiar to last month - but the good news is it arrived eventually!

I only use greasy palm for the few decent casino offers they have had.... but I am still awaiting £50 from an offer from July. Raised a ticket a good few days ago which has remained unanswered.

I use Quidco and Topcashback as a rule as they are far more interactive and more transparent (although not 100% I must admit).

The signs are really not good (I dont think) for greasy palm, I will be happy if I get my £50 owed then I shall speedily be getting out of there!!

I hope all ends well with the payments this month.
