Sorry to bump but keen to hear from others re October payment. Mine has still not yet reached my bank account and the payment was allegedly sent on 4th October

I submitted a ticket last week and got an automated reply saying it can take 10 working days. The 10 working days have now passed so re-opened the ticket yesterday but as yet no repsonse.

Please can anyone let me know if they have received Octobers payment in their bank?

Still no payment through from Greasypalm. Just checked my account. Has this happened before on Greasypalm?

Were you supposed to be getting an payment in October?

Mine still hasn't come through. I raised a ticket and they said they have recalled the payment????? It is now back in my total cashback and I have just check the "Am I in the Next payment run" for November and it tells me no I am not so I have re-opened the ticket to ask what the hell is going on.

I am really not a very happy bunny with GP and will NOT be using them again once I get my cashback.

That is disgraceful! Some serius issues here with GP

I was waiting for a £50 casino offer to come through since July. I have raised various tickets, and now suddenly they have come back to me to confirm the merchant has not paid the money to them and so the payment will not come to me - END OF.

I will never use this site again - and I would advise others to follow suit.

They are clearly in financial trouble.

Yeah I was supposed to receive a payment of £47.68 on 4th October but have just checked my account and it's still not in. As I explained before, and similar to Leosmummy, I'm also waiting on 4 Casino payments - one of which dates back to July (over £100 in total). After reading Leosmummy's result for her wait - I'm fearing the worst.
I really need this money and I think that GP is pocketing these funds themselves.

Yes I think the same and have said so in a reply to my 'get stuffed your not having your money response'... sadly it has remained unanswered and I fear that no one is going to get their money given the responses above.

As far as I am aware the cashback website industry is unregulated therefore very difficult do anything once this kind of thing happens :mad:

I had forgotten all about my GP account, until I was going through stuff on the computer at the weekend. I was chuffed to find just over £18 in there!

Is there anywhere in my account details where I can see how much I have earned/am owed for each click I've made? I can see a list of sites I have clicked, but can't see any monetary values.



p.s. To get my account to over the £25 limit for cashing out, I joined The News of The World bingo site. Deposited £10 (for £15 cashback), played it through and have cashed out £25 . There's 3p left in my account, which will stay there forever more, cos I know what a mug's game these online bingo sites are!

I just need the cashback to track and payout, and I'll be a very happy bunny.

Well surprise surprise still no reply to my ticket that has been in the queue since 27/10. It is not as if they are not answering queries as I got an email on Sat advising a reply had been sent, so I thought it was re this. No, it was re another transaction that I had submitted a ticket which had a previous reply saying I had to wait the 90 days blah blah. They were actually giving me an update saying they are still chasing this!

I am really peed off big time re this and will NOT be using GP again and would urge others not to neither.

No offence but have you actually read this thread? I would seriously advise people NOT TO USE GP anymore!

Incidently I have asked them to close my account which they have ignored.... the fact that they hold my personal details bank account info etc worries me!

Well I eventually got a reply to my ticket after submitting another query asking when I would received my money and why was it not even in the November run.

I got a very curt reply saying it would be paid in the December run. No apology or anything for the fact I should have had this around 6th October.

Disgusting.
