If heated towel rail attached to hot water pipes it's part of the central heating - ask them to confirm that the stump pipes that are left are earth bonded to the bath/basin (legally they should be now) so if modifying that area the heating system they should leave it legal (this is a part p procedure - big hassle for them)

Ask holes for poles/hooks to be made good.

I wouldn't pay for old curtains say fine take away.

I have to say that if you approach this with a friendly manner you might find that they have forgotten what they actually put down on the F&F form, and will be mortified when it's pointed out that the form asks for payment. I know when I sold mine, by the time I had gotten an acceptable offer I really couldn't have told you what I'd put on the forms !!! Fortunatly, I had made copies and checked them out before I promised anything to my buyer.
