1p finds at Tesco thread

I got some Mini Eggs this evening from Broadstone Express store, still working 1p and BOGOF. The nice check out lady was nice and let me have them, she said were there any left and i said yes do you want me to get them for you. She said she can not believe that price she said they were only put out in the store this morning.
I did also pick up one pack of the lindt eggs and they scanned through at 50p as per the SEL on the clip strip.
I did notice there was a box full if the Lindt eggs with the SEL of £2.50 something but did not check the barcodes.

I also picked up in the same store on clip strips.
Pack of playing cards SEL RTC 99p but went through till at 31p
Canderel sweetneers SEL RTC 30p
Disney cars diecast toy cars SEL RTC £2

the thread on hukd has dissapeared. did it get pulled after the telegraph reported the mini eggs and lindt selling at 1p? the article even mentioned hukd!

Anyone tried the eggs today?

Whilst we're on the subject of Cl*y Cr0ss. There are some of those 75p laundry baskets handily placed next to the scanner in homewares - about 4 left.

There are also some of the Oust Iron cleaners left in the same aisle near the coathangers.

I havent tried any of the other Chest***ield stores - do any of the little ones have scanners - I was told the big one at Whi****gton doesnt have one by an assistant - haven't built up the courage to ask an assistant to scan anything yet - in case theytake it off me !!:)

The little Metro in town has one in the clothes department, but went in today and couldn't find anything other than the Andrex on the Go I got in there last week - cleared them out I'm afraid as only a few left. Couldn't see anything else - they don't have much of a range really.

I know, wierd that that new superstore in Chezzy doesn't have a scanner when Claay Cr0ss has 3! Got trouted in the Chezzy Boots today on the vitamins -she wouldn't let me have them at that price as total to pay was on ly 50p with my other items :mad:

Cl*y C***s has 3? Where is number 3??? One in the homeware , one a couple of aisles in from the bread - where have they hidden number 3?????

I scanned some Cadurys Honeycomc Xmas biscuits in square tubes (yes I know - couldn't think how else to describe ) :rotfl: yesterday , SEL 80p , going through at 50p - i guess they are one to watch !!!!!

It's in the middle of clothing, which evens them out quite nicely and saves too much to'ing and fro'ing between the other 2!
