Gillette Fusion Proglide razor plus 1 extra blade in pack. DH just bought 2 of them, SEL £3 but went through at £9.99 each. Went to CS, who went to check shelf, called manager who told them to refund £6.99 per pack. No sigh at CS about DTD so DH didnt ask about it. Can I take receipt back tomorrow or just leave it?

This happened to me today but I got DTD back. I would suggest everyone check out the razors that are currently SEL £3 as some are still scanning at £9.99.

Absolutely no bargains at Cowley Oxford, so don't waste any petrol!. No harpic,nuts, choc nothing, zero, nil, nowt. Sorry I went now lol, I even forgot my dove coupons as well. Well done to all those who have.:-)

i'm bit confused all this dtd. What am i acually meant to get from the mega blocks glitch a free box of them or dtd plus the goods? from what i can see they refunded originla £30 then refunded another £30 then i had pay £15 but was to confused so i paid, does this sound wrong or right i was to tired couldnt think what i was doin in the end, dunno why the store manager needed to approve it she said it should says dtd doesnt apply through self scan but she dunno why it isnt signed up to say that lol

if you pay 30 for mega blocks at the till you get 30(2x15=dtd) back and keep the blocks... if you paid 30 then been refunded 30 and another 30 and then paid 15 you're 15 in profit (mistake on T's side but well done... normally you just get dtd and keep the product)

right so i been refunded too much by sounds of it. I not checked my bank as not shown yet but if i got two refund receipts for £30 = £60 refunded plus paid £15 i should have £45 back in my account plus blocks. I got refunded my money eariler so this new £30 refund was too much it seams then

I had buy it really as would of looked stupid i guess i could of just had the free £30 then, ill double check my bank on monday but the receipt dont lie i guess

They all didnt have a clue really, one staff didnt know nothing about dtd some young lad.

On down side my cars gone wrong today and vibrating whole car

dtd is really confusing sometimes when was pork scratching dtd they offered me it at another store without asking, i dont think id want use that store again was greif, can you only get dtd at stores you buy it at?

just back from Solihull extra, nothing really of interest there only the 30p custards, left a few others on the shelf. There were plenty of grandad socks, but couldnt check the price as Annoyingly after fixing the price checkers a few weeks ago, theyve now removed the one from downstairs and the one upstairs doesnt work grrr

yes really as you should go straight to cust services if possible and another store may not have the same mistake sel etc so wont honour it

Not sure if this may have been what happened to you but I had this issue once where I tried to scan coupon straight after scanning the shopping and before I'd pressed the 'pay and other' option.... HTH

id be carful not to use self scan from now on dtd as the manager i knew vaguly from past rekons it isnt technicly allowed but as not proper signs cant stop it yet. The same staff were there when i went back and didnt even look at me ha, and looked a bit sheepish lol, wonder if they got in trouble for not honouring dtd, and me having ring head office
