As a relative newbie here just wanted to thank OP for the heads up on Roses and cheese sauce. Been looking for stuff for ages to no avail but during my usual " only buy what's reduced" Sunday shop I found both :eek: was so excited I nearly forgot to use my Dove coupon. SA did comment as she was scanning them " are these only a penny?" I thought I was going to be trouted so smiled sweetly and said " ooh really that's great" and quickly paid for my shopping . BTW the Roses have a sell by date of 2012 so have gone in the cupboard for stocking fillers. :j

Yes they went through at 1p . Off to look for more Roses later this morning there was only 2 cheese sauces yesterday so doubt I will get any more of those..will report back later


PS Thanks for the welcome..just need to find a 1p find to give something back !

so I bravely asked my OH to check out a T's in manchester (sorry don't know which store) and he did on the way to work, said there were only black mouses that scanned at the full price but he got 18 roses -OUR FIRST ROSES FINALLY !!!!!!!:j:j:beer:

didn't think he could cope with the harpic so left it at that (he asked harpic whats that???:rotfl:)

ps can confirm the value baby bubble bath scans at 5p (11p on sel)in my local also the value baby shampoo is scanning at 8p (17p on shelf) both bought this morning

Just been in today and went to buy tesco value baby wipes (80 in pack)
Thought they would be 18p but the label said 9p! and they scanned at that.
