I think they must have, as one of my locals has them scanning at full price too. Correct barcode thoughMy name is CherryPie and I'm addicted to grocery shopping!!

This had sel of 50p in my Tesco and went thru till at 50p so maybe no longer 1p. I'm sure my Tesco is one of the ones that swipes the 1p deals before they get to the shelf the only thing I have ever seen in there and got at 1p has been the Colmans luxury cheese sauce. I thought I had found a lavender harpic block today but on turning it round to check the barcode I discovered that a plain sticker had been put over the barcode which would obviously elicit a price check at the till. Onward though, I'm visiting a friend and she is near a huge Tesco where in the days of the tomato and chilli cartons and the caperberries I did rather well so I can't wait and the suspense of what I might find is killing me :rotfl:

After posting the other day saying I hadnt found any 1p items I then found 10 boxes of roses and 40 packs of after eights!! I left lots more on the shelf which were gone 2 days later-This was in Ashford,Middlesex.
There seem to be a few of us on this th

Just back from a trip to Mr T's with 12 boxes of Koko truffles! None with turquoise panels on the normal shelf, only pink ones but two boxes of them on the top shelf. Couldn't double check the price beforehand as our local tesco has not had a self-scanner for forever! I was debating whether to go to self service till but had few other bits as well so thought I may as well chance a checkout. The SA counted them and then punched in the quantity and scanned one...... 12 @ 1p!! His face was a picture but he didn't say a word. Thank you Mr T....... this has made up for not being able to get corn, rim blocks, after 8's or Elizabeth Shaws anywhere!
Thanks OP :T:TIf at first you don't succeed ........Alternative autism therapies should be free!!

- it is a lovely big store. but just looked at toiletries and chocs today as lad was in car after 1 stop off already.
There's one in the centre of the kids clothing and one in the cereal aisle. If you're struggling to find - look up as they're linked up through the ceiling so go up through a pillar. HTH Let me know if you find anything in either and I will too!!0 -
whilst out searching out 1p bargains, I came across these:
There was actually a big gap and no SEL where they should be, which is a good indicator that theres something to be had.
Next to the gap was the 400g version at £9!
so based on the tip on here I looked up and spotted 3 complete sealed boxes of 12x 200g ones on the stock shelf above, I got one box down, opened it and took one to price scanner and it scanned at 49p, so I returned and picked up all the others.
Barcode: 5010204319537
36 boxes for £17.64. Thats a few presents for school and Christmas sorted!
I only saw these stocked in a very large extra ( either sizes )
HTHs
( and I dont even like Chocolate! but my wife does!)
Apologies, not sure how to make that a bit smaller!
was soooo excited when i found these in my local tonight, but they scanned at £1.25 :eek:0 -
So far only found some 8p cans of sweetcorn and 2 packs of the crispy chicken fajita kits at a tesco express on bogof 49p although 1 was out of date!
