1p finds at Tesco thread

evening all (where are my manner) found lots of paper by my T express by my work (hadnt gone in since we first heard of the paper). Bought 16 of a variety that i had not seen before (pink with happy birthday all over), left all other types (there must have been at least another 40 packs). they were 'hidden' on the side of the cards stand, no one would be able to find them if not looking hard for wrapping paper.
No SS tills, so took to the normal tills. the assistant did a double take and then ask the next assistant if he could sell it. he said yes and i said i thought they were discountinued. went back in the evening to pick some more hopefully with different assistants shift, and they were ALL GONE! :-(

found empty shelves were homepride pasta bakes should be... tickets 30p and 20p. also lloyd grossman bolognese jar 40p but all gone.
