1p finds at Tesco thread

Found the caperberries in Whitfield the other day- tried to zap them through the (working) blue beeper- and nothing. They wouldn't beep for me. Meh.

They are going to go in packed lunches for school - and it will be like it or lump it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

Is that alcoholic drinks or squash? Found the chocolate ones in the squash aisle - but really want to get a whole load of the plain ones for packed lunches!!!!

:eek: mine aren't allowed to have anything with nuts in for their packed lunches (even peanut butter) as their schools don't allow it because other children may have nut allergies

After a month or so of looking, guess what I found when I popped in to Tesco?

Tesco own brand Tom + red chilli - The SEL was unmarked, but I took the four cartons and gave it a go ::T:T:T:T:T - ta dha!! 1p The checkout girl got very excited, but I took the firm -it's end of line message.

Deep joy - the SEL here went down to 16p and the shelves were cleared; then the SEL was a large, yellow 1p and no sign nor hair, so imagine my shock to see four whole cartons today:D:D:D

Whatever I make using them's going to taste all the better:)

Ha - the question is where do you stop!!!!! Thankfully, we are OK for nuts;)

It has been mentioned before and today the adzuki beans were still selling in my T's for 1p.Hope someone else is lucky
