    OK - FOS Questionnaire sent in post to DFS today.

    Quick update - Cheque recieved through the post on Friday with a full refund plus extra!
    Nice and easy transaction in the end with DFS - they called us twice to keep us up to date with our claim.

    Just want to thank di3004 again as your help was invaluable.

    It is a really straight forward case - they put the PPI on there without even discussing with us. Open and shut case as far as i can tell

    :jjust got off the phone to DFS, they have advised that they have upheld the claim & will be recieving a cheque in a couple of days.:T
