Well you did ask
I actually hit the jackpot and landed a job in Bangkok. I love Thailand and spent all my time trying to be here anyway so it's a dream come true.
Yes,there is more to my life than owning property.
I have a sexy Thai wife (47 kilo's) who is bi-sexual and into group sex.
I own a black winged kite and enjoy falconry as another hobby.
I like fishing and am lucky enough to fish the best lake in the world every other weekend. Bungsumrang in Bangkok.
I live in a cracking 3 bedroom house for £100 a month.
I have a nice car.
My friends and I often go away to Pattaya for weekends and I have slept with at least 30 different girls this year alone.
My job is fantastic.
Apart from that my lifes terrible.:rotfl:0 -

I actually hit the jackpot and landed a job in Bangkok. I love Thailand and spent all my time trying to be here anyway so it's a dream come true to finally get my fake Kao San Road fake degree diploma through so I can get a visa to teach English.
Yes,there is more to my life than owning property.
I have a sexy Thai wife (47 kilo's) who feels physically sick everytime I touch her and dilutes this as much as possible by insisting on group sex. She basically sees me like a sort of, repellent human wallet though, so has so far foregone putting rat poison in my som tum every morning.
I own a black winged kite and enjoy falconry as another hobby. I dont know why I mentioned this. I thought someone might care.
I like fishing and am lucky enough to fish the best lake in the world every other weekend. Bungsumrang in Thailands ugly depressing capital Bangkok. So far the mercury and heavy metals from the pollution in the lake havent made my skin melt.
I live in a cracking 3 bedroom house for £100 a month. (I actually made this up property in Thailand is fairly cheap though, for obvious reasons).
I have a nice car. Vroom!
My English teacher friends and me, who are also similarly incapable of surviving in a country where people can actually understand what we are saying, and dont misinterpret our oafish lack of social skills for cultural unawareness, but rather decide we are oafs who lack social skills, and I often go away to Pattaya for weekends (its a bit like a really downmarket, ugly, Thai version of Southend, most people wouldnt send their dog there but I rather like it and you cant get a cocktail for 50 baht) and I have slept with at least 30 different girls this year alone. An even dozen of which were HIV positive, and at least 6 of which werent girls.
My job is fantastic. Teaching pidgin English to people who cant understand me is very rewarding.
Oh, yes I sometimes wake up in a cold sweat in case interest rates have gone up so project all my insecurity about this, and my homesickness for a country I profess not to be able to stand, onto British internet forums.
Apart from that my lifes terrible.:rotfl:

How would you know? You only take their word for it that they are normal working people. I don't believe anyone who holds down a job could have such negative views on the UK and want it to fail.
They must be Big Issue sellers living in tunnels under Manchester airport.
I work.. but work smart, for myself, at my own leisurely pace.
That gives me extra time to do campaigning, polling, and generally sharing my wisdom about house prices, the economy, debt ect with the wider public. Something I do for free because I'm a good person. I think of it as trying to protect them - inform them - help them make wise choices.
Like this morning... your post gave me the inspiration to nip out and handed out around 100 A4 double sided crash leaflets at the airport, and do some successful campaigning amongst the general public.
Double-sided A4 flyers
Younger people in their 20s, into their 30s, and also wiser older people really understand the need and high likelihood that house prices will crash - benefiting the majority of economy proper.
The house price crash message really goes down well with so many smarter young people. People who just don't want to be debt slaves, with no more holidays due to having taken on a titanic mortgage for 25 years for a box of a house in a pretty nasty area. No thanks. The know and love the wisdom of much lower house price values.0 -

Of course the message goes down well with smart young people, they would be silly not to want prices to come down. This message also rings true with anyone that want to buy a house whether it be to upsize or be it a FTB.
As much as they are wise, they are not in control of what house prices will do. That is the issue, and that is why so many people have signed up to a life time of debt0 -

dopester is a girl??
Er no. That's just another enthusiastic wise young (late 20s?) supporter of lower house prices.
A young couple both in full time employment, jetting off on a well-earned holiday, who was happy to tell me of their frustrations. Saved up for years, during the HPI years, have a healthy deposit for a house, but no interest in buying at current crazy prices. "Houses prices are totally unjustifiable," in her own words.
I asked if I could take her photo with the flyer to support to the cause, and she willingly agreed, if partially masking her identity.0 -
Oh right.
I feel like this is internet arguing on a whole new level, I feel a bit scared. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
