I wish people would stop lambasting the man. He is pretty much single handedly the reason people in Europe fly for pence. Ok, he may have stole the idea from the US, but lets be honest. Before Ryanair there was nothing. Well except for that airline that got munched by BA, can't remember the name.
Be grateful.0 -
Here here.. if it were not for Ryan air there is NO way I would be able to take my family on little jaunts to Europe every year, last year Milan for £14 return, this year Barcelona £14.99 each way.
I for one LOVE Ryanair.0 -

i think the airline you are on about was called go???
so long as you play by the rules ryanair can be fantastic,as for M'OL he achieves exactly what he sets out to,by coming out and saying stupid things like getting rid of rows of seats for standing room and the second pilot he is getting loads of free advertising.
no matter what people think of him he is actually a very clever man who as lahey2 suggests is the reason we can have a day out in dublin cheaper than getting a local train or bus so long as you stick to the ryanair rules.0 -
Go was originally an off-shoot of BA but was munched up by Easyjet.johnnyroper wrote: »i think the airline you are on about was called go???0
