    Remember, it's just a phase!

L is doing bedtime tonight, it's her birthday Tuesday, so I'm enjoying her being kind and helpful for the week before. She doesn't know her bike is already hidden in the shed.

Aw bless L doing bedtime!! How cute!

I am hoping that this general stroppy and screamy phase passes particularly quickly. After Benjamin had a mega strop when he wanted to push the Stokke yesterday we let him do it again today and guess what happened.....?

It just amazes me how they can switch from absolutely gorgeous angel to devil child and back again in the blink of an eye. *shrug*

  • Is L excited about her birthday then 3? I can't wait until we get to the excited stage!

We've been to my Grandparents today. They just love H so much, it is heart melting (not that we don't, it's just that they are blown away by him). Henry has seen all his grandparents and great-grandparents this week! Two nannies, two grandads, one great grandad and two great grandmas, he is a very lucky little boy.

Hope you are ok CAFC xx Home Bargains had some silicone bits and pieces in last time I was in, but I can't remember if they had mixing spoons or not. Might be worth a look if you are passing one.

Aww becles, how sweet of you to ask, I'm ok after my massive mong strop earlier... especially because Landen wee-ed on his daddy MUAHAHAHAHAHA! Vengeance is a dish best served luke warm with a fragrance of amonia about it :rotfl:

No Home Bargains here though.... *ock munchers

Cafc grr these men really are cut from the same cloth! My OH has just come off the playstation after 5 hours... I've washed bottles, sterilised, made up feeds, expressed, took T out for walk, washed OHs clothes, changed T many times. Maybe next weekend I'll spend 5 hours on playstation!

I recommend unplugging "something" in the connections, which means they fanny about for ages trying to figure out....
It doesnt help in getting them to help you but it is a silent two fingers! :T By the way is there any day you're gonna be home this week for a special message....??

Our Tesco Home had really brightly coloured ones in on Thursday. Lime, pink, orange etc. I'm not sure if a normal big Tesco would have them too.

WM :rotfl:at your Stepford Husband. :rotfl:

Rats - Miles out and a drive. Dont think I can convince DH to drive there for the sake of a spatula.....:D

He is a very lucky little boy indeed. Having been raised with no grandparents (they all died before I was born) I am determined that Benjamin will have as good a relationship as possible with his. Although I am ashamed to say we haven't seen my parents for ages.

That reminds me that I took my Nan to see the memorial near us that was for the people in her school who were killed in a bombing in WWII. She said she wanted to go and see it again as she felt so guilty that she now had Henry in addition to her children and grandchildren, and those who died as children never got to have any of it :(. So sad.

Lure him there under false pretences. Find something nearish, and then just randomly so 'oh how lovely, a Tesco too'. :p

:rotfl:at Landen widdling on daddy, serves him right.

GISI, that's lovely that Henry has such a nice relationship with his many grandparents. I'm sure he'll have lots of fond memories as he grows up.

    eta: sorry, I couldn't resist!
;) Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky' ;)
  • Krystal- If you're around I want to know what you threw away of Aimee's after her warning!

I :rotfl: at Landen's weeing on Daddy, CAFC. Your son obviously has a wicked sense of humour.

Thanks MFD and Bexta, I am lucky to have three amazing Grandparents who have all had a big influence on my upbringing and I can only hope for the same for H. One day I will tell you about my 98yo blind Granny; she puts the chairs out for her local village hall every sunday :rotfl:.
