Pleased today went better than expected Bruno :)

    Lovely tutu's Tia

Hope you are ok CAFC xx Home Bargains had some silicone bits and pieces in last time I was in, but I can't remember if they had mixing spoons or not. Might be worth a look if you are passing one.

Got masses of study done and feel a little more confident, but still feel quite panicky.
Here I go again on my own....

SS; interesting fact, I will ask my know-it-all OH if he knows that one!

Cafc grr these men really are cut from the same cloth! My OH has just come off the playstation after 5 hours... I've washed bottles, sterilised, made up feeds, expressed, took T out for walk, washed OHs clothes, changed T many times. Maybe next weekend I'll spend 5 hours on playstation!

Point 1 - Mucho interesting fact of the day....:T

Point 2 - I could only find a pastel one in wilko :( it doesnt go with my colour scheme LOL

I'm pretty sure Asda have pink and orange silicone spatulas in :)

Bl00dy Asda have annoyed me today though, when I tried to return those lovely boots. They're really uncomfy so I can't wear them but we chucked the receipt out. Anyway because they are such "high Value" (!!!!!!? £36 is all!) they won;t refund without a receipt. They're in perfect condition with the tag still on but security tag removed. Bah. Only way they'll do it is if I can tell them exactly what date and time they were purchased from, and exactly which till. Hubby can't remember his own most of the time so I'll be lucky if he can remember which till he went to. I do know the approx time though cos I posted on here when he got back. Oh, and this asda is the really big one, the one that's the biggest supermarket in Europe or something, so there are a lot of tills.

SJ, did you pay by card? If so, print out a copy of your statement showing that transaction. By law they don't have to provide a receipt so you don't have to provide one, just proof of purchase. I think asking what till is taking it too far.

  • Evening,

    Hugs everyone.

Tia - I'm loving the tutus and their magical powers.

    Boo to Asda.

Had a lovely day in Chez MDW, church this morning, I ended up as helper for the Youth Church (11+) it was very interesting being able to have a proper discussion.

This afternoon we all went to feed the ducks at a local nature reserve, Katie was very happy as she got a rocket shaped ice lolly at the end.

DH is now at work until 10pm on overtime. 5 minutes after he left Katie fell asleep for an hour which she needed.

Grrrrrr at ILs though - phoned to say Katie has a wish list would you like to see it, answer no we'll just give her money to buy it with - she's 3.5 and doesn't really know what money is. I have come up with a solution though, let me have the money by 1st December and I'll buy it and wrap it for her, just need to tell them now.
Proud to be dealing with my debts
    DD Katie born April 2007!
3 years 9 months and proud of it
    dreams do come true (eventually!)

Cool tutu's Tia! She looks so cute in them:) I don't do "girly" but I'm sure Daisy would love a very mini one!;)

    I had a fun 2am poo/wee session last night!!:rotfl:

Gave Daisy a quick feed and wanted to change her bum quickly as she was still very sleepy. Nappy off, new one on BUT she must of wee'd just as I'd put it on!! Needed new vest, sleepsuit and nappy.

Just about to put next nappy on but she started pooing all over changing mat on bed!!

Thought the big poo had ended, put next nappy on... more poo!

Changed her into the next nappy... yet another wee just as it was going on!! Wee everywhere.

Finally I managed to get a nappy on successfully by which time Daisypoos is wide awake!!:rotfl:

Bathtime in a mo. She loves baths!:D

Tia, love the tutus! I have Lilys packed away until she can start walking without holding my hands, then she can look cuuuute :D

I have half a plate of chicken biryani in the kitchen waiting to be eaten, Lily had a huge strop because i wouldn't let her climb on my legs and grab the plate. DH is home now so i will quickly eat it :D

    MMMmmm chicken biryani.

Tia he paid in cash. He can remember he paid at the self scan till so hopefully that will be enough. Going to go back tomorrow and see what they say. I know they are obliged by law to do anything as I just don't like them, not like they are faulty is it. Although if they don't refund (credit) I will write to them and emplain they are as good as faulty as they are so uncomfy. Worth a try for the cost of a stamp.

We're having fish pie for tea as soon as I've fed Alfie. Dh is just putting pj's on him now after his bath. Hope he sleeps better tonight, we were up 3 times last night as he was so blocked up I don't think he could breathe!
