Marks and Spencer rang back this afternoon. They couldn't ring earlier because a cat with a brown nose ate all the fruit and all the people were getting cross because they could only buy vegetables. They've sorted out the icing and they're going to give it to Mark tomorrow. He can't get it this evening as he's going to play football now it's not raining.

Still no idea what she is talking about :rotfl:

Can someone tell me what ikea meatballs should look like as a meal,

I'm not keen on the Ikea sauce, so we usually have them with pasta and a tub of fresh pasta sauce.

They generally have a recipe and then supply the ingredients for everyone to make their own portion... Although when we did chicken curry the other week we all did a little bit of prep and everything was cooked together and portioned up afterwards... Caz, poor Charlie! He gets everything hoing doesn't he? Hope it doesn't spread to the rest of them. And when will he be recovered so we mett up (and I can buy your loola) R.Mac coming too? Anyone else from up our way? (antibac at the ready) I'm free any day except the 13th (Uni open day).

I've had a good day, my new car is awesome and dead lazy

Chris is doing well at school and is officially 5 years old! His consultant appointment went well, apart from some specific learning disabilities, his speech and problems (moderate behavoural issues, napies at night, occasional soiling, dressing) his global development is now that of a 5 year old!!! Matching his age!!!

And the school have said that he will be integrated with the mainstream class. Doesn't mean he will move in the next few years, but by the end of primary school he should be in a mainstream class with minimal support. And his SALT has agreed that his speech is improving

Now, I have some very pretty ribbon that arrived so I'm making tutus Just because I am enjoying it

Beckles, doggy is doing the typical 'oh my gosh, do you see what I have to put up with?' look! But I love it! Especially the butterfly mask one!

Which reminds me, Sami... I can't believe you don't know what the meatballs are supposed to look like... I see the picture every time I go into the cafe!

We just had meatballs in tomato sauce with spaghetti and garlic bread... All home made by moi with ingredients supplied by surestart in the "cooking around the world" thing I've been going to... Usually whatever we cook is good enough for Caitlyn and I to have for lunch but today there was loads so I saved it for tea... Very :money: Just have to put the children to bed in a bit and have us some [STRIKE]roses[/STRIKE] pudding...

I did buy my parents' horrible dog a poncho to keep him warm [STRIKE]when[/STRIKE] if they take him out for a walk over the winter. It's no wonder he's such a horrible dog, he never gets a walk

I am very relieved that M&S finally got back to Charlotte. Presumably Mark was dealing with it because Spencer was busy .

R-Mac- certain products around the store in Ikea have two prices- the regular price and the family price so you can save some pennies by swiping your card at the till. Cafe-wise you get free hot drinks (including refills) and a reduced price on various meals including breakfast, whatever is the special of the day and sometimes kids meals. After 3pm you can get a muffin and a hot drink for 70p with a family card, and you can get a Plum pouch of baby food free with any main meal (the fruity one makes a good pud for LOs). Not that we go there a lot :whistle:
