Ooh, my baby decided to throw herself head first off the end of the sofa... Hit our new expedit on the way to the floor and grew a beautiful egg on her forehead 2mins before we had to leave for school... There's even a little very straight scratch right in the middle... I rubbed in some out of date arnica because it was all we had...

Then 2 mins after we got back from school she did exactly the same only this time landed on a big balloon of Aimee's that kind of rolled her forwards and she landed like a big squashed fly on her chest with her legs up in the air...

Someone needs to tell her it's not safe to jump up and down at the edge of the sofa...

It's no good me telling her, she doesn't listen...

Oh, and she's back there again... Might take her socks off... It'll make her more non-slip I think...

Thanks for your help everyone I am doing a spot of cold water sterilising, think I am just being lazy.. its so much easier when you just chuck it in the steriliser and press a button LOL.

I need to go post some letters but the baby is sleeping, so I shall sit here and wait until OH finishes work.

Well I have made it through 3 days of OH working and me being alone with the baby, I actually quite like it... but I would like to start having my cereal in the morning, not for lunch LOL.

Did I mention my OH is working... hehe sorry I am just well chuffed he has a job... finally!!

Eeek all this talk of smears... I hate having them done... I always feel violated after and have to shower for ages.... makes me shiver just thinking about it...

Kitkat, you kind of get into your own little 'thing' when OH isn't there, and it does feel slightly weird when they come home. How does he like the job so far?

Krystal, do you have a bike helmet you could pop on Miss Adventurous?

Really should be sorting baby clothes, but she's fallen asleep on me, so can't be bothered.

It's customary here for everyone who's sexually active to get smear test regularly, I got very used to sitting massively pregnant in the GYN's waiting room surrounded by nuns waiting to see the lady doctor in the practice. It was a combination of weird (OHNO these nuns know I had sex! Wait, I'm married, so that's ok, right? But what if they can't see my wedding ring! *ostentatious hand flashing* OHNO now they might think I'm weird! I have a completely irrational fear of nuns) and awesome (wow, how progressive).

I've been searching for a Santa hat and the only one I found has a headband and is designed for pets :eek: who puts a headband with a Santa hat on a dog?! Plan B is dress Molly in something cute and take the picture, which I will do tonight.

Hello,

Hugs, yay's for everyone.

Letter drafted for work, gone for proof reading.

Mum and dad took me to lunch to make sure I'm eating - a carvery yum.

Have a very tired Katie lying next to me watching CBeebies.

The French Hen is finished, now doing the Calling Bird (a bird holding a mobile phone!), I've had to undo all that I did at 1am though as I miscounted :doh:.

It CFR veggie burgers, and baked spud for us tonight.

He likes the job atm but hasn't really got into it as such as this week is mainly completing paperwork, which he keeps bringing home to me as apparently my handwriting is neater than his LOL (its not v neat!) Its quite refreshing for him to come home from work wide awake as his last job was travelling 2 hours to base every day, then roughly travelling 200 miles per day doing repairs so he was always tired when he finished.

I have to confess I still have no idea what his job is... is that really terrible LOL. He keeps telling me odd bits but I am so confused! :rotfl:

Lol KK, I only have the vaguest idea of what my hubby does at his job... It's not that interesting lol...

Aimee just walked in, put the TV on, argued with me for 5mins about her PE kit, stomped off upstairs shouting "I can't hear you" I'm left with the channel 5 movie... I was enjoying no TV... What is it with the people in this house that can't cope without the TV blaring... And what is it with my mouthy 'orrible 6 year old... Where did my nice girl go?!
