And I think quite often younger children have their needs met/entertainment provided by older ones so don't need to talk as quick - someone was telling me that but I can't remember who.
I think i've heard that too, and would agree with it. Why does V need to speak when she can just drag L around to do stuff for her. :rotfl:
Its my child free day todayso i'm off to Halfords to collect L's new bike, then make space in the shed to hide it.
And maybe Asda to see if they still have some straighteners on half price that I saw last week. I've broken my GHD's, they still work but sound a bit electrically crackly. It'll save OH having to think about what to get me for my birthday, but I need something to keep me looking presentable until December.

A baby talk lady who come to my house said that babies either learn to walk or talk first.

Edit: Som, i've been told i should be allowed a smear after this second one is born.

OH has younger twin brothers. They did that strange twin thing where they'd only speak to each other in their own language! I'm not sure when they finally decided to speak to other people, but I know it got quite worrying for MIL and they started speech therapy and stuff.:beer:0 -
SJ, I've been lurking on Flylady for a few weeks, but I'm chicken to commit! I keep telling myself once I know what work is doing, I will get into its routine. Plus every time I miss a Monday, I rationalise that I can't possibly start mid-week because things might be missed out on cleaning :rotfl:.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

Im starting a cleaning plan this Sunday.
Im going to sort the spare room out and then tidy the rest of the house. Then throughout the week i want DH to help keep it tidy. Then on Sunday i can start again and clean the whole house ready for the week again
Im very excited, we are going toy shopping for Lily tomorrow! She has about £40 in her money box and she has no toys to suit her age, i just need to find some good deals0 -
EA, are Tesco toys still 1/2 off? That might be good!
I also have a super-clingy, 100% trouble baby today. He's managed to almost choke on his biscuit, knock an entire cup of water onto the floor, bash his head on the door, and pull the mop handle onto his head. In-between which there has been lots of whinging and demands for attention.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
