Thanks for the advice about entertainment on the Zia. I was hanging things from the sides which I think was just too far away, and today I fastened something to the harness but he still wasn't too fussed. I guess it's such a big change being able to see that his toys aren't interesting in comparison plus I think he's a bit young to fully realise they're there if they're not infront of his face! When he goes in his other forward facing buggy I put his Caterpillar on the buggy bar and he will play with that when he gets bored of looking around. I have an arch from a mat which is suppose to fit on other things so I might try that and leave the fastening to the harness until he's older.

    *hugs* for Angelcake

    and :T:T:j:j:T:T for Beenie!!

  • I had buggy boooks and things for Aimee, I don't think she ever bothered looking at them... I have a buggy book for Caitlyn, she just gets annoyed that she can't pull it off and fling it... Apart from that she's happy to just be pushed around with a slightly vacant look on her face... Or wave at random people / cars as they go past...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

    Done.

Henry loves reading his little Fisher Price book on his buggy. He makes noises like he is reading it out loud and people are always charmed by it!

I am still full of cold and dosing myself up on honey and lemon. Seriously considering another early night- I was in bed before 9pm yesterday and it might be the same tonight.

Buggy books are good in cars too. (But I guess probably only if your child actually likes them in the first place.)
