Does anyone know which chains do special occasion cakes? I've looked at sayers and m & s which are pretty affordable but I don't love the designs. Greenhalghs have some nice ones but no prices available. I was going to buy a plain white photo cake from asda and then get some stuff to decorate it from ebay but tbh if I go with something like this it's as cheap and much much easier! Or if anyone in the North west can recommend anywhere that's near Warrington or Trafford. I want to pay up to £40 for 40ish portions.Mummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0

Ladybird - how did you go with your potty training? (well Izzy's potty training - I assume you are fine!)
Benjamin sat on the potty twice at the CM's yesterday and said 'wee wee' but then did it in his nappy before she had chance to take it off! But he seems to be getting the idea.
Am going to buy the same potty as the CM today and see how he goes. I am not bothered about training him yet but if he is asking for it it seems silly not to respond!
We've given up for now, as she was going every 10 mins. I had a read up, and aparently they get control of those muscles some point after 18 months, and until they can last for longer there isn't too much point in worrying about it. She was happy to wear pants and go on the potty, which is a good start though. And she was aware of when she was going, but showed no awareness of needing to go iyswim. I'm going to carry on getting her to sit on the potty before bath time just so she stays used to doing it, then try again in another couple of months I think.
I've only searched back for my name btw, so have I missed anything? EA/GISI - do we have a plan for meeting on Thursday next week, other than we're going to meet on Thursday next week?Isabella Molly born 14th January 2009

I knew it! I knew that ebayer was dodgy! KNEW IT!
Which is precisely why I paid extra and got international recorded delivery. Signed for on August 31st, and he is asking where it is. I win, random dodgy ebayer. I win.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

In their face, in their FACE. I havent managed to deal with any dodgy ebayings yet, except I am getting mighty annoyed that I ordered a sofa 10 days ago and havent heard anything from the seller yet except the same exasperated reply to all my messages - "when the warehouse tell me when its on its way you'll be the first to know."
Dude, I've just paid you over £300, excuse me for wondering where my goods are...Mummy to
