SS, you truly are the guru of present buying!

I really hope I dont get you in the secret santa :rotfl: :o

Buttons, you dont think enough of yourself, and with parents like that its no wonder. Have you been offered counselling for your low self esteem as part of your op?

I'd be simple! A box of Quality Street/Roses and I'd be ecstatic - can't get those here :)

And I agree with Em, BM. You're far too fabulous to have such low self esteem, and it always makes me  that the people who lack it are the people who should have it in spades.

    .
I could offer you a roses / stollen swap ;)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I've not seen any stollen yet, I was thinking of it yesterday while shopping for marzipan-free lebkuchen ;)

But when I see it in a shop I will alert you and remind you.

    NOMNOMNOMNOMNOM :D

CAFC, I meant to say this morning and forgot that I think requesting a person for the Secret Santa should probably be ok - I imagine that if one person feels they "know" another one better, or they have kids of similar ages so they've been on the pregnancy thread and this one for aaaaaages together, it would make sense.

I'm having a really bad day and feel very down so can someone give me a kick up the bum please?
  • SS, I think your gift for gifts (;)) is amazing too! I don't know how you do it :).

I have all my 'go withs' sorted and now just waiting for everyone's gift list (they think I'm mad to ask this early so I just allocate money and buy when they eventually tell).

Poppy's getting Peppa Pig roller skates and a Hello Kitty scooter for her birthday :D

    xx

  • WM, Aimee's getting moon dough for christmas, she used to love her playdough until it went furry, and she has a soft stuff fairy set she's always messing with so it doesn't seem too young for her... She'll be 7 in March...

    ..

Thanks Krystal. He's doing some polymer clay workshops after school and loving it and its sort of the same. I'll have a think, along with the coin maker, which is £7.50 on play.com

Tara when I got home I had a booklet from the bookpeople. They have 10 packs of books for £9.99 and there was one lot of 20 books for £9.99 too.

Currently at Judo with Joe. An hour to myself surfing the web on my phone, bliss. Question is will Alex be in bed when I get home at 7.30pm? Answer, not ruddt likely.
