Well that's not fair!!:p
What's annoying me is *TMI* the bleeding will completely stop for hours then GUSH:o:o:o It's not like a "just stood up after sitting for ages" gush... it just happens:eek: After a quick google I have read that doing too much after section too soon can make the bleeding heavy?? I will admit to maybe doing a bit too much:o I do feel I've recovered really well (especially as it wasn't straightforward section:() and I HATE having to take it easy... so maybe my body is giving me a little reminder!;)
JUMPEROOS so are they worth it??? Just convinced DH that we may just have to get one for Dasiy for that special December day!:D
sorry.... my MW said if you get a good surgeon they can soak up and remove most of the lining so you hardly bleed. apparently bleeding after a c=section should be a lot less than a v-birth
we have this http://www.amazon.co.uk/LeapFrog-Learn-Groove-Activity-Station/dp/B0002C6N16/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=baby&qid=1285595832&sr=8-3
and kian has loved it. even now at 1, he will still play with it, either sat in it or stood up against it.
its in the kitchen so when i am cleaning/doing dishes he can be there playing along'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
OOH... we are having lots of walking with the fire engine push along....just needs to figure out and to turn around.'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0

I had other things done to me after they finally got Daisy out so I guess thats maybe why I might be bleeding more too... plus the surgeon may not of had chance to soak up etc because of the situation I was in:(
Ooo that leapfrog activity station looks good too!!:)BLOWINGBUBBLES:kisses2: SMARTIE120 -
Aless if you were out and about at this time would Finn fuss for a feed or would he be fine? I dropped Ed's 3pmish feed when I realised he was fine without it when distracted by being out so I just started giving him a little snack with a spot of milk in a cup at that time instead
Yes, we've already used that strategy for dropping the late morning feed (snack + distraction). I may try to do the same for the afternoon feed starting next week, since I don't want to do too much at once. I'm sure he'd not fuss if I just gave him 2 bananas :rotfl:. (maybe WE should be coming to Monkey Forest)
smartie - Finn has an Learn & Groove but when we visited my sis over the summer, she borrowed a Jumperoo and he LOVEDLOVEDLOVED it. Obviously it just depends on your baby, but I'd go for a Jumperoo over an L&G.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
would like to win a holiday, please!!

ahh...
although i was an emer c/sect it was straight forward.'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
We had this and yes it was/is pink! Which we borrowed from a friend and it used to keep Benjamin quiet for hours!! We also used to store all his toys in the bottom of it in the evening!!
I think an entertainer of some sort is brilliant, but I am not sure whether a jumperoo is better than anything else.please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
there are lota of entertaiment centres available.
they are used up to about 1yr old depending on the child and centre. we were lucky in that Kian loves his and will still use it but from what i can gather from on here, people have found that the jumperoo does not seem to last as long (with use not product problems)'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
oh does sound rather cra.ppy MFD, at least its something to keep the money coming in I suppose. Not so sure about more expensive for DSS tho, Chris has told me he needs to write to santa and tell him Grandma wants a Wii, 4 Wii remotes and all the same games as us :rotfl:She has actually started to consider it! I told her to not be so silly!0

:rotfl::rotfl:Surely Grandma needs some NEW games for Chris to play when he is there?
My brother and I clubbed together to buy my mum a DS last year (or was it the year before?) and she broke it within a month  She got it replaced FOC thoughplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

someone needs to make me buy my tumble dryer. i really want/need it, but have spent a lot of money of late with the move, so struggling to make this purchase and a pet hair hoover
ours was less than £100, but you could try asking on freecycle and see if there are some going....:A
not much going on here. Landen had a mammoth 2 1/2 hour nap with me on our bed upstairs whilst i was watching dvd, and gave DH a few hours to himself..... :TWealth is not measured by currency0
