I was just listening to a video i made of Lilys heartbeat when in the womb, and im talking on it. DH then said "Dont listen to that video again, you know how much that womans voice is annoying"

I said it was my voice, and instead of saying sorry, he said "Why are you talking like that then?"

We had a great night with Daisy:j Woke twice for a feed then straight back to sleep:D I bet it was a one off especially as DH returns back to work tomorrow at 5am so I said I'll do everything on the "night shift" so he can sleep!! I'm a bit  at being on my own with Daisy but I'm sure I'll be fine:)

....And I went out with no make up on!!! I blame the baby;) I only put a little bit of foundation and lip gloss on just to make me look a little bit human but as we were walking down the road to town I realised I hadn't put any on!!:rotfl:

  • Morning everyone,

my approved foods order was supposed to be coming between 12 and one today but i changed it tomorrow because i thought messy play was at 11.30, its at half 1 so it could have come after all, now im gonna have to stay around tomorrow instead booo!!

i took jasmine to story time at the library today and its a big centre and found out that they have a toddler group on a weds morning, they took me to see the room its lovely, got toy kitchens, dolls prams trains and everything, even a couple of jumperoos for littlies! and its free so am def gonna start going there, not many people know about it yet so she said they only have 4 mums at the mo,

Anyway hope everyone has a good day, x
  • Michelle, i've tracked the Jumperoo with UPS, it says it is out for delivery today. :j
    I know! :T:j

Sorry to hear there are more poorly LOs, lots of get better vibes for Alice, elliot, william and lily.
Hugs for you Becles- get yourself to the docs please. :o
How is Thomas Gill? Is he feeling better now? My stomach turned after reading your post about your friend. I really hope her and bubs are going to be ok. :( Is he normally like that or has it been since LO was born?
Well done and congrats on the ebaying CAFC! :T
Sorry to hear about the stoopid yoga people SS.

Glad you got a good sleep GISI, another dodgy night here. We stayed at MILs fri/sat night and she was completely unsettled. On Sat night she woke up at 12am and didnt go back to sleep til about 3! Sunday was also supposed to be my lie-in day and DH said he would get up with her- she didnt wake up until 9 because I was up with her in the night! So he got a lie in anyway. Typical. :o

Today she decided to wake up at 5am. :( But she did only have one feed at 2:30am. There isnt even a pattern anymore, its just random feeds at whatever time and getting up whenever which makes it a little worse as I cant mentally prepare myself for getting up or I get up and realise she is not going to wake. Shes a bit snuffly too and keeps rubbing her nose and sneezing.
I am going to speak to the HV on Monday if it continues as I dont think a growth spurt lasts 3 weeks... ?
Ive been bleeding lots too, about the same in the weeks after having A. Is this common? It seems to have coincided with A's mega feeding phase so Im guessing its something to do with the BFing making the womb contract. I was crying last night because the stomach pains were that bad; it reminded me very much of the first contractions I had with A. DH is being very good though.
Sorry... all me me me again.

If you can work one of your feeds to being 5am then you can both snuggle down for some more sleep once hubby has been packed off to work!

I used to think that mum's who looked a mess needed to get a grip (:o) but then when I had Benjamin I realised that it wasn't that they didn't care how they looked...they had just genuinely forgotten to brush their hair/put some lippy on/change their baby-sicked-on top!!
