Just to let you know, I am back from Ikea and the proud owner of a lovely Antilop (and tray)....

Leila sat in it and ate all her lunch for the first time ever, so now i'm thinking that the rubbish highchair had alot to answer for!!

Yay for rolling SS. And for lunch eating mookie We need to do an ikea trip, but I keep putting it off - don't want to go at the weekend.

I've built a den with 2 chairs and a big blanket. Izzy is sitting under there with all of her books quite happily. Time to go tidy the hallway while she is happy I think!

Does anyone know where the best place to go to have a push of the petite star zia is? I can get to mothercare, babies r us, boots, john lewis

Gill we tried one out in mothercare - even checked it fitted in the boot. I just told the guy we were trying a few out before we made our mind up. If the others stock it then I;d just go to whoever is easiest to get to.

I think the only reason she rolled over was to avoid being on her tummy, shes not a big fan of tummy time. Hows the buggy hunt going? Have you used one of the sniping sites they are great - stop me getting carried away - i have a jumperoo auction on snipe and a galt play nest thingy. Only bidding on the galt as my inflatable ring is broken and i need to keep blowing it up every 5 mins.

buggy hunt is ok. mum is bidding on the quinny, and it ends on monday at 2pm (weird end time), but I've set her a limit of £60 LOL as thats all I can afford.....

Just got back from blackberry foraging (inspired by GISI's bounty) and managed a large mixing bowl's worth before Finn got stroppy in his pushchair. Now I have my legendary blackberry pie in the oven, a large pot of cream and cannot WAIT for after dinner . Not to mention a huge bunch of blackberries leftover so I think I need to acquire some jam jars very shortly or get to baking lots more!!
