Morning all,

I've had an email about home testing baby equipment from saros, looking at the 'screening out' quiestions I believe its to home test a breast pump. At least they want someone who uses a breastpump regularly. No good to me but if anyone is interested I can forward the email on to you. You don't get to keep it but they pay you £50 for testing it.

We are diseased here at the moment, OH and the kids have a virus which involves copious amounts of throwing up and moaning about it. Good times for the washer and me!

I did escape to Zumba class last night which was completely fab, how was yours Becles?

I heard a really funny quote on a tv show (Everybody Loves Raymond) a few weeks ago and you just reminded me about it. Apparently it is an absolute nightmare to have to wait 45 seconds for 5 ladies with prams to come through a door before you can come through.

Millie's Mum I don't suppose I can pop to yours for the Loola today? I will stand at the door so as not to get the lurgy. Feel free to say no if it's not anywhere accesible! (DH has rushed off in the car with my pram and sling in so I can't get anywhere today :mad:) Also has Ikea meatballs in the boot that were meant for the freezer yesterday but that's my fault. Oopsy.

PS fabulous weather here, sunny and windy which reminds me I should go hang out my washing!

SJ yes course you can, we aren't going anywhere i'll get it out ready for you, but I would advise that you don't come in!

ETA, its up to you but I'm going to put el down for a nap in a little while, I could bring it round then if you want?

Me so sleepy! I spent an hour this morning retrieving all the toys that were under the tv cabinet and chairs and hoovering the lounge, I now has a big pile of toys and no energy to sort them

I never got My IBS has been playing up and I didn't get a lot of sleep on Sunday night. The class is on from 8.30pm and by that time I was too knackered to go Hopefully next week though. Pleased you enjoyed yours.

Had tears and nursery this afternoon as Charlotte didn't want to be left. The nursery nurse took her and I left them cuddled on the sofa together, but I felt awful leaving her. She'll probably be ok two minutes after I've gone as she settled in well yesterday. The nursery nurse has been there since the school opened in 1978, so she's had plenty of experience with little ones

I need help (of the culinary kind;))

Ds1 has got a Victorian project that needs to be in by Friday! We have decided to go with a food theme...we are doing a poor/workhouse diet and a wealthy/aristocratic diet. For the poor one it's easy (and cheap) Some bread, HM soup and a bit of cheese:) I am worried the rich one is going to cost quite a bit, but has anyone got any ideas of what we could (cheaply) cook? Am I right in thinking Mrs Beeton was the woman of the time:)

Just finished reading back (go me!) and just wanted to say to Susan that I saw your post, thanked it and will include you all in my prayers (speaking of which you new signature has me intrigued and I'm off to look up Bible verses).

Holibobs were absolutely LOVELY, Scotland is gorgeous and pictures will be up once I can make stupid b00gery Facebook uploader work properly (failing at the moment). No more holidays for the rest of the year, so I should be back for good now .

Need to iPlayer Tigs' show - tonight hopefully if DH lets me have the lappy .

Hi all just popping in from the world of lurking....just wondered whether anyone has recieved their order from Vertbaudet- internet tracking system seems basic and just says order was processed on the 3rd, item was for a birthday this weekend and really dont fancy going shopping.
